Omar Laredo brings over 27 years of experience in the electrical and energy industry, having built his professional career alongside Siemens and Siemens Energy across multiple Latin American markets.
An electrical engineer graduated with honors from the Instituto Tecnológico de Hermosillo in Mexico, he began his career at Siemens in 1996. Throughout the years, he has worked in Mexico, Germany, Panama, Costa Rica, and the Dominican Republic, gaining extensive experience in the power generation, transmission, and distribution sectors.
During his career, he held regional leadership positions in sales and business development for Central America and the Caribbean, culminating as Country Manager during his final stage at Siemens Energy.
Through the creation of SINEM, Omar has focused his experience and vision on bringing world-class electrical solutions to the Dominican and Caribbean markets, supported by strategic partnerships with leading brands such as Siemens, NEM Energy, Innomotics, and Trench Group.
His leadership combines technical expertise, deep regional market knowledge, and a vision focused on building strong relationships and long-term projects.
